Do the bundle credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase — enough to shortlist, view and check cars at your own pace. Unused credits expire after that.
What happens if a car has no record?
If a chassis comes back with no record found, the credit is returned to your account automatically — you never lose a report on a dead end.
Can dealers buy the bundle?
No — the bundle is a retail deal for individual buyers. Approved dealer accounts buy report packs at wholesale rates instead.
Credits apply to Japanese-import Extensive reports and are valid for 12 months from purchase. CarTrust verifies recorded provider data; we do not physically inspect vehicles.
